Sri Lankan dishes take their flavors and aroma from the curry powder added to the dish. The ingredients in our products are selected from the best sources and mixed according to a recipe handed down from mother to daughter for some generations. In the olden days this recipe was prepared by pounding on stone using another stone. Now the preparation we bring to you is pounded using machinery. Still we use the same proportion of the ingredients which are sun-dried as in the past. We take special care to allow the spices to reach the best maturity before picking it. By soaking the sun, the spices get their natural taste heighten as well as it allow the powder to last longer without spoiling.
